PM Thursday said that Pakistan was endeavouring to strengthen its bonds with Kyrgyzstan and get closer to each other

      BISHKEK, May 21 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Thursday said that Pakistan was endeavouring to strengthen its bonds with Kyrgyzstan and get closer to each other.

      Speaking at the banquet hosted in his honour by Kyrgyz Prime Minister Temir Sariev, the Prime Minister said that he was deeply touched by the warm welcome accorded to him and his delegation.

      "I am really touched by the hospitality you gave us and look forward to reciprocating it when you come to our country," the Prime Minister remarked.

      Nawaz Sharif said he had constructive and useful talks with Kyrgyz Prime Minister and President and expressed his commitment to follow up the matters they discussed and decided in their respective meetings.

      He said Pakistan enjoyed cordial bilateral relations with Kyrgysztan as both the countries had similar heritage and faith.

      The Prime Minister also wished good health for the Kyrgyz Prime Minister and prayers for the peace and prosperity of Kyrgyzstan and its people.
