Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif appreciates talented youth of Pakistan

Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said that Pakistani youth have made the entire nation proud by achieving international recognition in the field of education and sports. He said this while meeting World Record Holder sportsmen and student here at PM House today who called on the PM.

Sportsmen who called on the Prime Minister included Mr. Ali Mujtaba Bukhari  (Gold Medalist of Asian Junior Individual Squash Championship 2013), Mr. Aamir Atlas Khan (Gold Medalist Asian Individual Squash Championship 2013), Mr. Muhammad Asif (World Snooker Champion 2012, Asian 6-Red Snooker Champion 2013 and World Team Event Champion 2013).

The youngest ever student of university Rai Haris Manzoor, who also holds the record of passing O-Level Exam at the age of 9 years, also called on the Prime Minister.

A group of “make a wish” children suffering from Thalassaemia namely Ms. Ayesha Fatima, Ms. Iqra Fatima and Mr. Waseem Asghar also called on the Prime Minister. These children had a wish to meet the Prime Minister of Pakistan. Mr. Waseem Asghar (aged 13 years) also presented Rs. 1000 as token amount for IDPs relief fund out of his pocket money. These children also prayed for the success of operation Zarb-e-Azb and successful completion of development projects initiated by the government.
